Holland Editions

Holland Editions is a year-long print collaboration in which 12 artists team up with Holland to create limited edition original prints.  The editions are small runs (35 prints total) and proceeds benefit Holland and the individual artists.  The prints are sold by subscription, and subscribers receive a new print each month.  Each print is a surprise; we don’t know what the artworks will be until it is released.

There are only 30 subscriptions available per year.  Subscriptions guarantee you will receive a complete collection of all 12 prints.  The prints will be designed for framing, and are perfect to hang or give as gifts.  They vary in size and theme based on each artist’s creative decisions.

Subscriptions are 240 dollars for the entire year (that’s about $20 a print, unheard of for awesome original art!).  The first print was released in October 2009.   Subscriptions are going fast. If you’d like to subscribe now, you will receive each print released prior to your subscription, in addition to the prints slated for the rest of the year.

Holland Editions 2009 artists include: Nick Larsen, Liz Ferrill, Sean Pecknold, Megan Berner, Ron Rash, Elizabeth Munger, Melanie Berner, Clint Neuerburg, Omar Pierce, Toby Leibovitz, Jessica White, and Daniel Luchman.

Compilation CD

Holland released its second compilation CD, titled <21(songs!), in August 2009. <21 (songs!) features  20 tracks of local and national artists that have played the Holland Project and have supported all-ages music, providing an excellent follow-up to Holland’s first compilation: 19 Bands, 1 Community, released in the winter of 2006.

Local artists on <21 (songs!) include My Flag is on Fire, Manacle, Apprentice, Deepen the Wound, Guardrails, Xenophobes, Hopscotch Whisky, Swahili, Short Hair, Emic, Buster Blue, Always Fierce, and Over Vert—spanning musical genres that include folk, punk, singer/songwriter, hip hop, hard core, rock, and more.  Special guest touring artists include Sonny Smith (Oakland), Love Songs (Alameda), Pterodactyl (Brooklyn), Hair Envelope (Seattle), Ferocious Eagle (Portland), Planets (Napa Valley), and New Thrill Parade (Santa Cruz).

The CDs come in a hand-crafted canvas case with a Holland button and CD insert and are available at Holland shows and events or by emailing Clint Neuerburg at hollandbooking[at]gmail.com.
